Mr. Gordon Omondi Otieno
Gordon is an astute real estate consultant and experienced Valuer with a Bachelor’s
degree in Real Estate from Jomo Kenyatta University of Agriculture and Technology. A
Graduate Member of the Institution of Surveyors of Kenya (G.M.I.S.K – VS Chapter),
Gordon brings a wealth of experience in valuation, estate agency, investment appraisal
and property management.
He has previously worked with leading firms such as Vaal Real Estate Kenya, Legend
Valuers Limited, Liaison Valuers Limited and Fasteign Valuers, where he conducted
comprehensive property valuations, market analyses, and property management.
Gordon also has entrepreneurial experience as the founder of Casavenida and Q-Casa,
property technology startups focused on making real estate data more accessible and
transparent.
His professional interests include sustainable development, real estate finance, and
