C.E.O
Paralegal | Real Estate Intern | Office Administrator

Ms. Laureen Syomiti

I am a dedicated paralegal and real estate professional with a strong foundation in legal research, compliance, and administrative operations. A graduate of the Technical University of Kenya, I bring a unique dual perspective to my work—combining a solid grounding in legal procedures with hands-on experience in real estate transactions and office management.

My career began at Nairobi City County, where I served as a legal intern, gaining valuable experience in public service, legal documentation, and case file management. Since July, I have been working at RolandsGriffins, serving as a Real Estate Intern, Office Administrator, and Legal Assistant, contributing to the company's legal and operational efficiency while supporting real estate transaction processes.

I excel in handling confidential information, conducting thorough legal research, writing clear and concise reports, and maintaining high standards of customer service. My strong planning skills, excellent computer proficiency, and effective communication ensure I deliver results that are both strategic and detail-oriented.

Career Vision

To bridge the gap between legal integrity and successful real estate transactions. I aspire to become a trusted advisor and, eventually, establish a consultancy offering seamless, legally sound real estate services that empower clients to make secure and informed property decisions.

Mission Statement

To deliver ethically-driven, detail-oriented legal and real estate services that empower individuals and businesses to navigate property transactions with clarity and confidence. By integrating legal precision with market insight, I strive to protect my clients’ interests and promote transparency, trust, and long-term value in every real estate deal.
